Sam is owner/founder of Movement Physical Therapy. He created Movement to help maintain the patient driven care he believes in. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Movement Science and went on to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern. He continues to pursue greater knowledge within his field, recently completing a 40 week fellowship in Applied Functional Science offered through the Gray Institute. He has worked with a variety of clientele, ranging from weekend warriors, CrossFit enthusiasts, NBA All Stars, MLB Gold Glovers, NCAA All Americans, Olympic medalists, Iron Men, marathoners, and the great patients/clients he sees daily at Movement!

 

Jeremy Campbell

Jeremy is a Marine Corps Veteran and earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University in 2014. He earned his Certification in Applied Functional Science through the Gray Institute last year, as well as becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Dr. Campbell is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Illinois Physical Therapy Association. He is currently pursuing his Board Certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.

 

Cori Mack

Cori is an extensively experienced outpatient physical therapist, who has been practicing in the field since 2001.  Having graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa, she then achieved her Masters of Physical Therapy from St. Ambrose University in 2001. In addition to her clinical experience, Cori’s practice is accentuated by a myriad of techniques including Graston, ART, dry needling, functional exercise, and the McKenzie method. In 2009 she completed comprehensive manual therapy training, leading her to earn a Certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy.  This diversity of knowledge has helped her excel at finding the cause of pain in both the typical and most complex patient. Cori prides herself in performing both effective and efficient treatment for her patients. Her typical day includes treating those with a variety of injuries; ranging from young to old; simple to complex; and weekend warriors to aging athletes. Outside of the clinic, Cori also participates in volunteer outreach work with Operation Walk Chicago, providing education and treatment in joint health and rehabilitation in underserved areas.

 

Lindsay Rinaldi Paulsen

Lindsay is a dedicated and experienced physical therapist who focuses not only treating the symptoms, but more importantly in finding the root of the problem.  After completing her Bachelor's degree in Movement Science at the University of Michigan, she went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in 2008.  Lindsay’s career has been spent exclusively in outpatient orthopedics and is enhanced by completion of a 40-week Fellowship in Applied Functional Science from the Gray Institute, making her an expert in biomechanics.  Her additional areas of expertise include use of the McKenzie Method, performance of dry needling, utilization of advanced manual therapy, and proficiency with the Graston Technique. In March of 2015, Chicago Magazine named Lindsay a 5 Star Physical Therapist, highlighting her success in the field. She prides herself in providing one-on-one, individualized treatment plans for each patient. Go Blue!
